Requires strong AP-style writing, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ContactMonkey.

Analyze and manipulate large datasets supporting energy modeling and SEM programs. Review data before and after modeling, maintain standardized templates and databases, integrate data into statistical software, quality-control models and reports, and create work instructions. The role also involves automating data processing, troubleshooting Visual Basic and Excel tools, managing Smartsheet data, supporting benchmarking reports, and collaborating with internal teams and occasional clients.

The role welcomes military personnel and veterans to transition into sustainability roles, valuing their unique skills to impact energy usage positively.

Partner with program managers to manage month-end close, apply cost accounting and ASC 606, prepare financial statements for external audit, perform program budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, KPI reporting, and drive process improvements to support program financial compliance and business objectives.
