Manage strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Lead onboarding, adoption, enablement, health monitoring, escalations, and cross-functional issue resolution while driving retention, expansion, and measurable customer outcomes. The role requires strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, familiarity with operational technology environments, executive communication skills, and the ability to use AI platforms to automate customer success workflows and generate insights.

Develop and maintain backend and frontend services for a SaaS cyber-physical systems platform using Python, Go, React, and cloud-native technologies. Investigate production incidents, replicate customer issues in staging, perform root cause analysis, and deliver feature enhancements. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, CMMC, and GovCloud requirements while collaborating with distributed engineering teams across the US and Israel.

Provide strategic legal counsel across commercial SaaS transactions, partnerships, federal contracting, M&A, corporate governance, privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance. Negotiate complex global agreements, advise executives, support AI transformation, manage legal operations, and implement legal technology and automation. The role partners with Sales, Product, HR, and Operations while helping scale a lean legal function.
