Teams at Clarium

Serve as the primary clinical operations and change-management partner for health systems deploying Card Optimizer. Design and validate preference-card workflows, deliver role-specific training, drive frontline adoption, engage surgeons and clinical leaders, support sales and executive updates, monitor post-go-live utilization, and document a repeatable implementation playbook. Occasional travel (up to 10%).

Lead technical direction and architecture for a software team, write production code, mentor engineers through reviews and pairing, partner with product to align roadmap and technical plans, resolve technical risk and tech debt, and establish engineering standards and tooling.

Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI), design and consume RESTful APIs, write well-tested code, collaborate with product and customers, and iterate quickly based on feedback to support hospital supply chain workflows.
