Owns specialty pharmacy data-partner specification negotiations, data mapping, Ascend platform configuration, internal QA, defect resolution, and UAT readiness across multiple implementations. The role evaluates standard versus custom data requirements, coordinates with delivery, engagement, product, and engineering teams, maintains data dictionaries and implementation documentation, supports schema normalization, and develops repeatable testing and onboarding processes. It is primarily remote with occasional travel.

Leads solution engineering and customer support operations for a digital health data platform. Responsibilities include building distributed engineering and support teams, leading technical pre-sales, designing customer data solutions, managing architecture and handoffs, owning post-launch support and incident resolution, establishing SLAs and operational metrics, overseeing vendors and budgets, and partnering with Product and Platform Engineering to improve reliability and reduce support demand.
