The Senior Engagement Manager oversees project management for Ascend 2.0 implementations, coordinating data onboarding, partner communication, and UAT across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.

Lead data partner specification negotiations and own Ascend 2.0 platform configuration, data mapping, and internal QA. Validate and load data, coordinate UAT readiness, route non-standard requests to Product or Customer Engineering, maintain documentation and playbooks, and support multiple concurrent implementations to ensure go-live quality.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design data architecture, manage data pipelines, develop secure production code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate healthcare technology solutions.

Own data partner specification negotiations, data mapping, Ascend platform configuration, and internal QA across multiple implementations. Review file specifications, normalize schemas, validate test files, document data dictionaries, and route non-standard requests to Product or Customer Engineering. Coordinate with delivery and engagement teams on UAT, defects, readiness, and capacity constraints. Develop repeatable QA frameworks, implementation playbooks, procedures, and training materials while ensuring configurations meet quality standards before go-live.

Own cloud security engineering for an AWS-hosted SaaS platform processing sensitive healthcare data. Responsibilities include security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, infrastructure hardening, secure CI/CD integration, compliance support, data protection, audit evidence, and threat detection. The role partners with SRE and Software Engineering to embed security into architecture and development practices, while participating in security on-call rotations and occasional travel.

Lead and operate the end-to-end compliance program including policy, enforcement, risk assessment, audits, SOC 2 maintenance, BAAs/DUAs, customer-facing compliance guidance, privacy advisory (HIPAA/CCPA/CPRA/GDPR), and training. Report risks and recommendations to leadership and manage compliance interactions with external advisors.

Serve as the strategic account owner to drive value realization, adoption, renewals, and growth for biopharma customers. Build executive relationships, align on success criteria, partner with Implementation, Delivery, and Product, lead customer meetings, advocate customer priorities, monitor account health, and apply commercial data insights to support strategic recommendations.
