Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring health and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, administering physician-ordered treatments, supporting activities of daily living, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants. Reports community and resident conditions to health services leadership and responds to emergencies.

Leads human resources for a senior living community while overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and concierge operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS management, payroll oversight, reporting, workforce planning, and leadership development. The role also coaches the Concierge team and promotes a hospitality-focused culture for residents, families, visitors, and employees.

Provides accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while delivering hospitality-focused service in a continuing care retirement community.
