Lead end-to-end UX design for CivilGrid's spatial, data-dense B2B product. Translate maps, layers, permits, and workflows into simple, usable interfaces. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to prototype, test, ship features, and evolve the design system while mentoring other designers.

Own and execute the end-to-end roadmap for a B2B civil infrastructure product area: lead customer discovery, partner with engineering to ship fast, measure outcomes, and hire/mentor a small PM team while representing product strategy to leadership.

Own enterprise sales across Texas cities, municipalities, and public infrastructure agencies. Lead complex government sales cycles from prospecting through contracting, run outcome-based pilots, convert them into multi-year agreements, navigate RFP/RFQ and cooperative purchasing processes, build ROI cases, maintain stakeholder engagement, and grow pipeline through targeted outreach, industry conferences, and an existing public-sector network.
