Teams at City Year

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal. Support sponsorship fulfillment, develop engagement strategies, create impact reporting and stewardship materials, maintain donor records in Salesforce, conduct prospect research, and collaborate across development, marketing, and program teams to meet fundraising goals.

Lead and develop a team of AmeriCorps members to implement City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model in partner schools. Support talent development, supervise service activities, collaborate with Impact Director and school staff, and ensure AmeriCorps members have a challenging, growth-focused year of service.

Lead and coach up to two teams of AmeriCorps members to implement City Year’s Whole School Whole Child model, deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 student supports, manage school partnerships, use data to improve interventions, and ensure corps member development and service outcomes.
