Jobs at City Year

Leads and coaches up to two teams of AmeriCorps members serving Boston-area schools. Oversees program implementation, student academic, attendance, and behavior supports, team performance, professional development, and service outcomes. Builds partnerships with school administrators, teachers, and community stakeholders; uses student and service data to improve interventions; manages daily program operations; and ensures alignment with City Year’s Whole School Whole Child model and organizational values.

Manage and coach up to two teams of AmeriCorps members to deliver City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model. Oversee program implementation, use data to improve interventions, build school partnerships, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure corps members meet performance and development goals. Serve as primary City Year liaison onsite at partner schools.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal. Support sponsorship fulfillment, develop engagement strategies, create impact reporting and stewardship materials, maintain donor records in Salesforce, conduct prospect research, and collaborate across development, marketing, and program teams to meet fundraising goals.

Lead and develop a team of AmeriCorps members to implement City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model in partner schools. Support talent development, supervise service activities, collaborate with Impact Director and school staff, and ensure AmeriCorps members have a challenging, growth-focused year of service.
