Lead and scale City Cast's advertising and sponsorship revenue across a multi-platform, multi-market network. Own full sales cycle and forecasting, coach and grow a distributed sales team, build executive advertiser/agency relationships, operationalize GTM strategy and sales playbooks, and drive tooling, CRM discipline, and AI adoption. Travel to markets (~20%) and partner cross-functionally with ad ops, client success, and marketing to maximize product offerings and revenue.
