Own the vision and roadmap for Underwriting and Portfolio Management platforms (Salesforce and internal web apps). Lead stakeholders, define KPIs, coordinate agile teams, manage risks, and drive Salesforce strategy and platform initiatives aligned to corporate goals.

Support Treasury Solutions sales for middle market and large corporate clients by prospecting, creating pitch materials, collaborating on RFPs/pricing, supporting client presentations and implementations, managing portfolio reviews, and coordinating with implementation and service partners to drive retention and revenue growth.

Manage an assigned portfolio of restaurant finance and retail petroleum credits through credit underwriting, financial analysis and modeling, covenant compliance, loan modifications, credit memos, risk ratings, client engagement, and portfolio maintenance while supporting Portfolio and Credit Managers on moderate to complex credits.
