Develop commodity strategies, manage spend, identify savings opportunities, lead competitive bidding and contract negotiations, and provide procurement expertise to business partners. Analyze market trends, supplier relationships, total cost of ownership, and business needs to recommend initiatives that improve cost, quality, service levels, and organizational value.

Manage, acquire, and deepen commercial banking relationships with businesses generating $5 million to $50 million in annual revenue. Advise clients on credit, liquidity, interest rate management, treasury, and wealth solutions. Generate loans, deposits, and fee income through consultative sales, referrals, community involvement, and collaboration with internal partners. Maintain moderately complex portfolios while meeting customer service, compliance, risk, and growth goals.

Develop and manage a branch-based wealth management practice by conducting client discoveries, creating tailored financial plans, driving new business development and referrals, conducting proactive outreach, and coordinating with internal specialists for investment, insurance, estate, and financial planning services.
