Lead enterprise strategy projects end-to-end for Consumer, Commercial, and Private Banking. Drive strategic planning, competitive benchmarking, GenAI-enabled opportunity identification, and implementation roadmaps. Prepare executive-quality materials, present to ExCo and the Board, and mentor a small team while partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate analysis into actionable, high-impact recommendations.

Lead and develop a team to define and execute enterprise web strategy across customer journeys. Translate analytics into strategic direction, own CRO and experimentation, shape search/AI discovery approaches, advise stakeholders, and guide CMS/structured content initiatives to improve discoverability and business outcomes.

Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational, technology, compliance, and fraud risks for ACH, RTP, and Wire payment channels. Provide governance for change management, control monitoring, RCSA execution, vendor risk, incident management, and remediation. Partner with product, technology, compliance, audit, and regulators and support pilots and risk investigations.
