Oversees product roadmaps, technology investments, AI and automation initiatives, risk and regulatory controls, pricing, client engagement, sales support, and operational sustainability. Builds and leads a high-performing organization while driving revenue growth, product innovation, governance, and cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Sales.

Leads the OTC and ETF Operational Change function, overseeing strategic roadmaps, process transformation, technology change, governance, risk, client relationships, and complex multi-workstream programs. Manages teams of managers, talent strategy, budgets, resources, and operational performance. Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and clients to deliver automation, digitalization, AI initiatives, implementations, and business development. Represents the organization in industry and regulatory forums while ensuring delivery quality, compliance, and operational resilience.

Leads OTC and ETF derivatives operating-model strategy, operational excellence, process design, technology change, and complex transformation programs. Manages teams, budgets, risks, governance, client relationships, product development, and cross-functional delivery. Acts as a senior subject-matter authority for OTC/ETF operations, supports business development, oversees technology roadmaps, and drives automation, digitalization, and AI initiatives.
