Teams at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange

Develops host employer relationships, drives sales and placement growth, manages accounts, recruits host families, secures participant housing, and supports community engagement. The role maintains a sales pipeline, advises employers on workforce planning, tracks placement performance, resolves stakeholder issues, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful participant and host experiences.

Leads regional sales and account management for Summer Work and Travel programs. Manages and coaches staff, establishes sales goals, develops host outreach strategies, grows employer and host-family relationships, organizes community events, tracks placement metrics, advises hosts on hiring, and collaborates with compliance and participant services to ensure successful placements and stakeholder satisfaction.

Supports fellowship recruitment and marketing through applicant call campaigns, social media content, email account management, student organization outreach, application review, scholar engagement, pre-departure advising, alumni programming, and institutional matching efforts.
