Curate and lead Venture Café Cambridge’s weekly Thursday Gathering and related programs. Build partnerships across the local innovation ecosystem, design inclusive event experiences, oversee event logistics and volunteers, lead communications and marketing, track program performance, and represent the organization in the community. The role also supports underserved communities, contributes to broader projects, and requires onsite collaboration, public speaking, hospitality, problem-solving, and occasional travel.

Coordinates Japan Desk and international market-access programs supporting companies entering the Boston and Japan ecosystems. Responsibilities include program administration, participant and attendance tracking, event logistics, surveys, outcome reporting, stakeholder communication, partner coordination, and representing CIC at events. The role works with startups, corporations, government agencies, universities, and international partners, requiring strong communication, organization, English proficiency, advanced Japanese preferred, onsite availability, schedule flexibility, and travel as needed.
