Teams at Chubb

Leads national sales growth across designated opportunity geographies, managing Tier 1 sales teams and financial performance. Develops market strategies, analyzes pipeline and business results, coaches sales execution, builds agency and center-of-influence relationships, and coordinates cross-functional campaigns. Represents Chubb with senior external stakeholders, hires and develops talent, manages performance, and travels 30%–40% to support teams and market activities.

Manages business development across assigned insurance brokers, agents, and distribution partners. Builds agency relationships, acquires new clients, develops sales plans, manages customer pipelines, and achieves premium, revenue, profitability, and production goals. Partners with underwriting and field leadership to position commercial insurance products, evaluate accounts, and propose pricing strategies. Serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned producers while tracking performance and meeting service standards.

Leads community resilience projects from scoping through implementation and evaluation. Assesses natural-hazard risks, building and infrastructure conditions, and mitigation opportunities; translates technical and analytical findings into practical recommendations. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, governments, utilities, and community partners while managing schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables. Connects resilience measures to property damage, insurance losses, underwriting, and insurability outcomes, and develops reports, maps, metrics, and repeatable approaches.
