Lead end-to-end delivery of technical supply-chain programs (forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment). Translate business needs into technical requirements, coordinate engineering, data science, product, and operations, manage dependencies and risks, support architecture discussions, track roadmaps and metrics, partner with vendors, and drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory health and in-stock performance.

Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning cloud operations, build and deployment platforms, code management, CI/CD, data governance, and infrastructure cost management. Translates business goals into technical plans, manages dependencies and risks, coordinates architecture discussions, establishes operational metrics, and aligns engineering, finance, platform, and executive stakeholders through multi-quarter initiatives.

Supports the IT and Technology organization by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing expense reports, tracking deliverables, creating presentations, handling correspondence, and supporting office procedures. Partners with executives, leadership teams, and administrative staff across regions while managing confidential information with discretion. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, special projects, and proactive resolution of organizational needs.
