Manage the AMER Technical Support Engineering team owning L2/L3 escalation operations, ticket routing, and handoff quality. Coach and develop engineers, run escalation retrospectives, track escalation health metrics, and partner with engineering on tooling and LLM-assisted automation to improve resolution times and product feedback loops.

Own detection quality, roadmap, and customer experience for Chainguard's shared scanner platform. Improve malware and greyware detection, scale scanning across artifact types, define policy and investigation workflows, and partner with engineering, product security, and GTM to deliver enterprise-ready scanning capabilities.

Own technical partnerships by architecting and building integrations, co-engineering joint solutions, and enabling partner and field teams. Design reference architectures, build demos and POCs, manage cloud marketplace technical requirements, and represent partner needs to product and engineering.
