Manage the AMER Technical Support Engineering team owning L2/L3 escalation operations, ticket routing, and handoff quality. Coach and develop engineers, run escalation retrospectives, track escalation health metrics, and partner with engineering on tooling and LLM-assisted automation to improve resolution times and product feedback loops.

Own detection quality, roadmap, and customer experience for Chainguard's shared scanner platform. Improve malware and greyware detection, scale scanning across artifact types, define policy and investigation workflows, and partner with engineering, product security, and GTM to deliver enterprise-ready scanning capabilities.

Serve as primary legal partner to Go-To-Market: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, enterprise, professional services, partner, and NDAs; maintain standard form agreements and online terms; advise on open source licensing and regulatory requirements; negotiate with sophisticated, highly regulated customers; partner cross-functionally to enable revenue while managing legal risk.

Build and scale the Libraries product UI, designing high-performance web applications that handle millions of packages. Partner with backend, product, and design to deliver end-to-end features, iterate from 0→1, integrate AI-driven workflows, and improve developer experience, performance, and usability.

Own and design high-impact components of Chainguard's container image platform. Build and improve image build systems, tooling, and services at scale. Drive technical direction, participate in roadmap planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers to raise engineering quality.

Own and execute territory sales plans to prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals. Articulate Chainguard's value, manage pipeline and CRM, collaborate with product/support/SE, forecast to meet quota, and travel to build customer relationships. Maintain competitive market knowledge and improve the sales cycle.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you will enhance CI/CD pipelines, improve developer experience, and productionize AI tooling while mentoring teammates and collaborating with engineering leaders.

Sell Chainguard's hardened open-source and security solutions to SMB customers in the Eastern US. Build territory plans, manage pipeline, forecast and exceed quota, collaborate with product and sales engineering, and evangelize secure software practices. Travel to client sites as needed and maintain CRM and competitive knowledge.

Design and animate brand assets across digital and print channels, ensuring visual consistency. Support campaigns, events, and presentations with motion graphics, manage file handoffs, collaborate across marketing teams, and maintain design quality and organized assets.

Develop and write executive and customer thought leadership (blogs, bylines, social, video), manage executive social presence, prepare spokesperson talking points, translate technical topics for target audiences, align storytelling with marketing/PR/events, and own content calendars and operations across multiple executives.

Design, build, and evolve customer-facing backend services and public APIs; own features end-to-end from design through rollout; create technical design documents; ensure services are observable, resilient, and usable across multiple products; collaborate closely with Product and Experience teams to prioritize and ship iterations.
