Leads highway project delivery across scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, contracts, and client relationships. Mentors project managers, oversees multidisciplinary teams, develops proposals and project plans, supports business development, interprets contracts, manages project accounting, and presents to clients, agencies, and the public. The role requires technical oversight of transportation projects, compliance with QA/QC standards and regulations, and occasional on-site travel.

The Senior SUE Analyst oversees subsurface utility engineering data collection, CAD production, mapping, reporting, record research, calculations, and quality control. The role coordinates with project managers and field crews, verifies utility information, monitors production, ensures deliverable accuracy, and trains junior analysts and field staff. Work occurs across field and office settings in support of infrastructure projects.

Supports corporate services initiatives, projects, research, reporting, documentation, process improvement, and daily operations. Interns collaborate across the organization, contribute to employee and project-support programs, and participate in professional development and networking activities.
