Manage financial administration for assigned power and manufacturing project portfolios, including project setup, budgeting, billing, forecasting, variance analysis, contract compliance, invoice preparation, receivables monitoring, and audit support. The role partners with project managers, engineers, finance teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain accurate project records, identify financial risks, and support timely payments and strong project performance.

Leads the design and production of highway and rail drawings for transportation infrastructure projects. Collaborates with engineers and multidisciplinary teams, reviews contract documents, mentors junior designers, prepares technical reports, cost estimates, schedules, and as-built documentation, and ensures deliverables meet project requirements and applicable standards.

Leads highway project delivery across scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, contracts, and client relationships. Mentors project managers, oversees multidisciplinary teams, develops proposals and project plans, supports business development, interprets contracts, manages project accounting, and presents to clients, agencies, and the public. The role requires technical oversight of transportation projects, compliance with QA/QC standards and regulations, and occasional on-site travel.
