Helps develop cost-effective solutions, update existing systems, and meet client and contract requirements while gaining practical experience in planning, design, and technology-enhanced engineering services.

Leads enterprise-wide digital and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation. Develops program strategies, business cases, governance, metrics, and executive communications; partners with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled solutions using analytics, automation, and AI. Drives organizational change, stakeholder adoption, performance measurement, and growth strategies for digital services and revenue-generating solutions.

Leads the design and delivery of sports and recreation facilities from design through construction. Develops architectural systems, ensures regulatory compliance, supports proposals and presentations, manages client relationships, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and mentors junior staff. The role requires a registered architect with extensive professional experience, proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of specifications, construction administration, QA/QC, and architectural business practices.
