Work occurs across field and office settings in support of infrastructure projects.

Leads power and energy projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, risk, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Manages client relationships, project accounting, proposals, plans, authorizations, closeout documents, and multiple concurrent projects. Communicates with clients, management, and project teams; supports marketing and business development; mentors project managers; and develops client work as a seller-doer. Travel is required as needed.

Supports mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design projects through technical calculations, drawings, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Leads enterprise-wide digital and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation. Develops program strategies, business cases, governance, metrics, and executive communications; partners with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled solutions using analytics, automation, and AI. Drives organizational change, stakeholder adoption, performance measurement, and growth strategies for digital services and revenue-generating solutions.
