Build and validate new customer-facing businesses from discovery through launch and expansion. Partner with Sales, customers, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to identify opportunities, prototype AI-powered solutions, test pricing and demand, and turn validated concepts into scalable enterprise products. Own customer adoption, product quality, commercial positioning, implementation, and business outcomes including revenue, efficiency, and margin.

Lead CertifyOS’s Applications product portfolio, including Credentialing, Monitoring, Provider Tools, and Applied AI. Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, investment prioritization, and business outcomes while partnering with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success. Lead and mentor product managers, improve operating practices, develop next-generation applications, and define agentic product and go-to-market strategies. The role requires strong product leadership, ambiguity management, cross-functional execution, and experience scaling teams in growth-stage or SaaS environments.

Lead multiple client implementations and onboarding projects from contract execution through go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, guide clients through implementation tasks, deliver platform training, and maintain a seamless client experience. Develop expertise in provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management while managing timelines, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
