Designs and leads Ceres Life’s enterprise internal control framework across financial, operational, technology, and corporate functions. The role assesses risks, develops control matrices and documentation, monitors effectiveness, manages remediation, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and drives process improvement and automation. It partners with Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and executives to strengthen governance, ensure regulatory readiness, and build a scalable culture of accountability as the insurance business grows.

Leads quarterly and annual statutory, GAAP, and IFRS reporting for Ceres Life and SGH. Develops accounting policies, disclosures, SOPs, and reporting processes; monitors NAIC, FASB, IASB, and Texas Department of Insurance requirements; researches accounting issues; and partners with IT to automate reporting. The role requires strong financial reporting, insurance and annuity accounting knowledge, systems understanding, analytical ability, communication skills, and management experience.
