Identify, assess, track, and remediate enterprise vulnerabilities using ACAS, Tanium, and related tools. Coordinate patching with system administrators, automate remediation and configuration tasks with PowerShell, and manage secure Windows and Active Directory baselines. Track closures in ServiceNow, prepare compliance and risk reports, and support RMF, STIG, endpoint management, and patch deployment activities. Communicate findings and remediation guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provides cybersecurity and information assurance support for Air Force systems, including RMF certification and accreditation, vulnerability remediation, security risk mitigation, configuration management, incident support, STIG and IAVM reviews, policy maintenance, metrics, and ISSO assistance. The role also supports network security, classified processing areas, system security plans, operating procedures, and customer cybersecurity projects.

Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise unified-communications/voice solutions per Air Force standards. Configure Avaya Aura suite, SBCs, E-911, ACDs; perform capacity planning, protocol analysis, vendor evaluations, topology documentation, and 24/7 operational support while maintaining security and accreditation requirements.
