Support RMF/C&A processes, review IAVMs/STIGs, manage remediation tickets, maintain configuration management, assist ISSOs, create/update SOPs and AF checklists, and support classified message incidents and TEMPEST certification efforts.

Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise unified-communications/voice solutions per Air Force standards. Configure Avaya Aura suite, SBCs, E-911, ACDs; perform capacity planning, protocol analysis, vendor evaluations, topology documentation, and 24/7 operational support while maintaining security and accreditation requirements.

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for developing business applications, automating workflows, conducting vulnerability management, and ensuring security compliance within Microsoft environments.
