Provides senior scientific expertise in molecular pharmacology and translational neuroscience, designing in vitro and ex vivo studies focused on GPCR assays and brain slice electrophysiology. Manages CRO partners, oversees protocols and data quality, interprets mechanistic results, and translates findings into drug development strategy. Collaborates cross-functionally across discovery programs and guides junior scientists without direct people-management responsibility.

Provides product quality oversight across clinical development and manufacturing, including GMP documentation review, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, regulatory submissions, inspection readiness, supplier qualification, and CMO/CDMO oversight. Partners with Technical Operations, CMC Development, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Supply Chain, laboratories, and external manufacturers to manage product quality risks and support process validation, technology transfers, and continuous improvement.

Leads DMPK activities across drug discovery and development programs, including nonclinical pharmacokinetics, ADME, biotransformation, bioanalysis, toxicokinetics, PK modeling, safety-margin assessments, and NDA submissions. Partners with discovery, development, clinical pharmacology, and toxicology teams to advance CNS drug candidates. Presents scientific findings and project recommendations to governance bodies while coordinating cross-functional DMPK deliverables.
