Leads product strategy, discovery, roadmap prioritization, and delivery for higher education digital learning products. The role uses customer research, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve adoption, engagement, learner outcomes, retention, usability, and instructor satisfaction. The Product Manager represents customer needs, coordinates with engineering, design, content, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and applies product operating models, agile practices, and GenAI-enabled workflows.

Leads the identification, development, negotiation, and activation of large-scale workforce funding partnerships. Builds relationships with government, workforce, education, economic development, employer, and private-sector stakeholders; shapes opportunities before formal procurement; manages complex sales pipelines; and advises leadership on funding trends, risks, and market opportunities. The role requires extensive senior-level networks, commercial judgment, and travel up to 50%.

Conduct virtual sales consultations with K12 education customers, present digital product solutions, achieve sales targets, develop territory plans, generate new business, and maintain accurate forecasts and activity reports. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, territory management, business technology proficiency, and the ability to discuss digital curriculum and classroom technology with customers.
