Partner with sales teams to deliver technical presentations, customized demos, solution architectures, and proofs of concept for PhoenixAI’s Agentic Database. Guide prospects through evaluations, troubleshoot technical challenges, document outcomes, address objections, and support technical wins. Collaborate with product and engineering on customer insights, while contributing to webinars, conferences, user groups, and technical thought leadership.

Serve as the ongoing technical contact for database customers, leading onboarding, deployment, adoption, optimization, troubleshooting, and expansion. Support presales proof-of-concepts, collaborate with sales and product teams, document evaluations, relay customer feedback, and contribute to webinars, conferences, user groups, and technical content. The role requires strong database, distributed systems, cloud, SQL, communication, and customer success expertise.

Drive enterprise sales for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database by creating revenue plans, generating awareness, qualifying opportunities, closing deals, and building executive relationships with AI and data infrastructure leaders. The role also involves collaborating with Marketing on business development events and maintaining accurate CRM records. Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with database, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI sales experience preferred.
