Drives growth for F5 partner solutions by collaborating with sales teams, customers, and partner stakeholders. Builds pipeline, identifies target accounts, supports large transaction sales cycles, delivers presentations and training, forecasts sales, develops go-to-market plans, and coordinates legal and financial agreements. Serves as a subject matter expert while influencing executives, technical teams, procurement, and internal leadership to expand business and exceed sales targets.

Leads complex customer training programs from planning through delivery, managing schedules, contracts, performance, risks, budgets, quality metrics, corrective actions, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary customer contact, drives operational improvements, recommends curriculum and market strategies, monitors customer engagement and satisfaction, and reports program status to senior leadership. Partners with business development and workforce development teams to improve training outcomes, efficiency, and adoption.

Leads Professional Services delivery for customer experience technology solutions across an assigned region. Oversees team performance, development, utilization, profitability, service quality, and client satisfaction. Partners with Sales, architects, engineers, technology vendors, and executives on estimates, strategic planning, solution reviews, and escalations. Develops complex project plans, supports enterprise technology implementations, and drives adoption of AI-enabled practices. The role includes approximately 15% billable strategic oversight and requires travel to company or client locations as needed.
