Supports Massachusetts DPH enterprise data modernization by gathering and documenting business, process, workflow, and data requirements. Serves as liaison between public health programs and technical teams, supports data onboarding to the Enterprise Data Platform, facilitates stakeholder workshops, defines requirements for dashboards and data products, validates solutions, and develops business analysis standards and documentation.

Manages cross-functional communications and healthcare program projects for Massachusetts public health offices. Responsibilities include project planning, status reporting, resource coordination, milestone tracking, quality review, stakeholder communication, online presence development, distribution list management, and representing programs at events. The role requires strong public health understanding, communication skills, project management expertise, organizational judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and communications tools.
