Support audits for hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity clients. Perform audit testing, prepare financial statements and disclosures, review portfolio valuations and fair value measurements, research technical accounting matters, and assist with implementing financial reporting changes. Collaborate with client management and fund administrators while escalating complex issues to senior team members and managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

Supervises portfolio company audit engagements, manages client and investment company relationships, supports business development, coordinates with tax and advisory teams, and develops audit-related go-to-market strategies. The role requires knowledge of private equity and venture capital investment lifecycles, strong technical and communication skills, deadline management, client presentations, proposal development, and travel to portfolio company locations as needed.

Leads audit engagements for alternative investment clients, including private equity, infrastructure, private credit, venture capital, and real estate funds. Serves as a senior client advisor, oversees audit quality and attest procedures, advises on ASC 946 and technical accounting matters, supports business development and regional growth, manages practice performance, develops staff, and drives technology and AI initiatives.
