Manage client relationships, travel with audit teams as needed, collaborate with tax and advisory service lines, and ensure timely delivery. Apply deep knowledge of PE/VC investment lifecycles and leverage firm subject-matter experts and local resources.

Lead national outsourced accounting strategy and growth by unifying regional practices, expanding technology-enabled advisory services, scaling teams and offshore resources, establishing standardized processes and KPIs aligned to CAS 2.0, and driving go-to-market, pricing, and talent strategies to achieve profitable, scalable client services.

Manage month- and year-end close, prepare audit schedules and financial statements, handle AP/AR/payroll and general ledger maintenance, coordinate with auditors/tax, maintain client relationships, and recommend policy improvements.
