Provide strategic regional financial leadership and oversight for country and program offices: budgeting, grant accounting, financial controls, ERP and reporting improvements, audit support, cash management, monthly financial reviews, capacity building, and acting as principal finance business partner to regional leadership.

Lead and edit donor-focused concept notes, expressions of interest, and full proposals for international development. Collaborate with technical leads and partners, ensure local context, align with donor requirements and CRS standards, develop proposal tools and trainings, and provide surge writing support across sectors.

Lead project design and capture for strategic funding opportunities, advise teams on proposal development and MEAL, facilitate design workshops, maintain ProPack resources, track donor trends, and support capacity-building and cross-regional coordination to produce competitive proposals.
