Manage North America customer invoicing, cash application, deposits, and AR ledger in NetSuite. Reconcile contracts, process credit memos, maintain tax records in Avalara, research payments/chargebacks, support collections, and respond to AR inquiries.

Hunt and close new business across North American ice hockey markets, build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, represent Catapult in presentations, perform product training and account management, and grow adoption of video and wearable solutions while maintaining CRM and forecasting activity.
