Oversee AP and AR operations, manage an eight-person team, optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, improve cash flow and cost efficiency, ensure financial compliance, and deliver reporting and insights to leadership. Partner with finance, procurement, and business solutions teams to automate workflows, strengthen controls, support audits, and enhance financial systems and operational performance.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain features for a cloud platform using Golang and AWS, focusing on performance optimization and development best practices.

Leads Catapult’s global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting, KPI development, performance analysis, scenario modeling, and M&A support. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions, improve finance systems and processes, and strengthen reporting. Manages and mentors a three-person FP&A team while leading change management, system implementations, and global financial operations.
