The role partners with Commercial, Product, Technical Support, and Sport Science teams while communicating customer feedback and product insights to internal stakeholders.

Oversee AP and AR operations, manage an eight-person team, optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, improve cash flow and cost efficiency, ensure financial compliance, and deliver reporting and insights to leadership. Partner with finance, procurement, and business solutions teams to automate workflows, strengthen controls, support audits, and enhance financial systems and operational performance.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain features for a cloud platform using Golang and AWS, focusing on performance optimization and development best practices.

Design, build and maintain high-performance, real-time C++ software for live video capture and processing (H.264/H.265) using FFmpeg. Solve low-latency, multithreaded, cross-platform (Windows/Linux) and networked/distributed systems problems. Improve architecture, code quality and testing; write unit tests and drive automation while collaborating with engineering and sports-technology teams to deliver reliable gameday systems.

Provide day-to-day sales operations support for NAM & LATAM: manage opportunity and booking processes, maintain data accuracy, document issues in JIRA, assist user acceptance testing, and create/maintain enablement and process documentation.
