Act as primary site contact for assigned commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful execution of commercial manufacturing programs. Align forecasts and demand plans with operations, lead onboarding of new commercial clients, develop scalable account management and planning processes, and drive cross-functional communication and issue resolution.

Lead the site Quality department (QA and QC/lab) to ensure GMP compliance, manage quality systems, budgets and resources, support regulatory inspections, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with corporate and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory, customer, and Catalent standards.

Perform environmental and utilities monitoring and microbiological testing to support GMP manufacturing, including EM in ISO-8 cleanrooms, bioburden and microbial enumeration, sterility and growth-promotion assays, isolate and sub-culture organisms, maintain instrumentation, document results, and support investigations and cleanroom qualifications.
