Manage and support global import/export compliance programs including export controls, sanctions screening, product classification (HTS/Export Control Numbers), customs partnership programs (CTPAT, AEO), internal audits, risk analysis, and training site personnel on trade documentation, valuation, origin, and preferential duty programs.

Coordinate BD, Operations, Finance, Quality and Project Management to scope opportunities, develop pricing and margin analysis, generate executable proposals, maintain pricing templates, and communicate with clients to deliver accurate, on-time quotations.

Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist with SOX compliance, support budgeting/forecasting and inventory close, and produce analyses and supporting schedules for finance leadership.

Lead and manage the proposal and quotation process, coordinating cross-functional teams (BD, Operations, Finance, Quality) to produce accurate, cost-effective, and timely proposals. Perform pricing and margin analysis, maintain client-specific pricing templates, engage directly with clients, and support continuous improvement of quote-to-actual cost performance.
