Manage and grow Catalant’s Industrials client portfolio by developing executive relationships, generating consulting opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding engagements. Build account plans, identify strategic client needs, position tailored consulting solutions and expert talent, maintain a strong pipeline, and coordinate with internal associates and external experts to deliver successful projects.

Supports private equity clients throughout the consulting project lifecycle by sourcing and vetting consultants, matching expertise to client needs, coaching experts, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, managing interviews and proposals, and monitoring engagements for extension opportunities. The role combines business development, client relationship building, consultant management, and project coordination, with a path toward senior sales and client management positions.

Owns Catalant’s event, webinar, and communications programs from concept through follow-up. Responsibilities include developing topics, coordinating speakers and vendors, managing event logistics, creating promotional communications and collateral, aligning messaging with brand narratives, tracking performance, and supporting pipeline generation. The role collaborates closely with sales, PR, leadership, creative, and marketing stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent programs and attending most events.
