Prepare, stage, and process inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and delivery. Use handheld scanners to log locations, perform multi-point inspections and reports, fuel and operate company vehicles, maintain lot and workspace, meet safety and quality standards, and interact professionally with customers and coworkers. Work requires extensive walking and outdoor conditions.

Build and maintain dealer and institutional customer relationships to drive auction sales. Provide prompt customer service via phone, email, and text; solicit buy and sell business; support sale-day operations; use CRM to log activity and run reports; educate customers on ADESA.com and mobile apps; meet sales goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Supervise daily operations of a vehicle reconditioning/inspection center, managing leads and frontline associates, enforcing safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement, overseeing staffing, training, production planning, and meeting performance, cost, and productivity targets.
