Inspect and ensure detail shop quality, train and assign detailers, perform final detailing tasks, log inspections, photograph and stage vehicles, run inventory reports, maintain safe and clean work environment.

Process and finalize vehicle registrations, review and file customer paperwork, interact with state/county DMVs, update customer records, enter and reconcile data across internal and external databases, maintain tracking notes, assist teammates with customer follow-up, and perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transfer.

Support site EHS programs by managing gate operations and access control, conducting safety patrols and inspections, assisting incident reporting and basic root cause analysis, maintaining PPE and safety equipment, tracking OSHA and environmental compliance, supporting safety training and new-hire orientations, using CCTV/RFID/SAS App technologies, and escalating hazards to EHS leadership.
