Supervise daily operations of a vehicle reconditioning/inspection center, managing leads and frontline associates, enforcing safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement, overseeing staffing, training, production planning, and meeting performance, cost, and productivity targets.

Process and finalize vehicle registrations, review customer paperwork, update records, and interact with DMV and government licensing agencies. The role requires accurate data entry, document reconciliation, customer follow-up, database navigation, detailed tracking notes, and effective problem-solving. This is a full-time, in-person position with variable shifts, potential overtime, and paid training. Candidates need at least one year of administrative or data-entry experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain notary credentials if required.
