Own day-to-day partnerships with Western K–12 districts, drive renewals, provide clinical and operational guidance, launch and maintain district relationships, surface strategic insights, and collaborate with clinical and product teams to improve Cartwheel's program and operations.

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, document eligibility data, resolve billing and claims issues with insurers and families, process payments and payment plans, educate families on coverage and financial responsibility, coordinate with care and revenue teams, escalate complex cases, and recommend process improvements to improve patient billing experience.

Own day-to-day partnership and renewal for Southern school districts, deliver clinical and operational guidance, launch and maintain district partnerships, gather feedback to improve Cartwheels program, and coordinate across clinical and internal teams with occasional travel.
