Leads enterprise product and technology integrations, cross-functional projects, AI and automation initiatives, business analysis, vendor coordination, executive communications, and change adoption. Develops requirements, implementation plans, business cases, risk strategies, and executive reporting while ensuring initiatives meet scope, schedule, compliance, and organizational objectives.

Completes and monitors residential mortgage bankruptcy ledgers, including proofs of claim, motions for relief, notices, reconciliations, filings, and closures. Verifies payment histories, resolves discrepancies, researches servicing records, handles escalated inquiries, performs manual calculations, and supports bankruptcy documentation. The role also identifies process improvements, coordinates with internal teams and IT, provides training, and may sign bankruptcy documents. Requires strong accounting, research, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
