Supports integrated brand campaigns, partnerships, and grassroots initiatives across the US, Canada, and UK. Manages project plans, localized creative briefs, stakeholder coordination, brand communications, press releases, social content, internal messaging, PR agency collaboration, reputation monitoring, campaign reporting, budgets, and invoices. The role requires strong writing, organization, project management, cultural awareness, and early brand marketing or agency experience.

Serve as a hands-on cloud architect for the Engineering Platform organization. Design AWS-based system architectures, build Terraform and application prototypes, establish reusable cloud-native patterns, and guide SaaS maturity, security, compliance, resilience, cost management, and AI workloads. Partner with engineering teams and AWS architects, improve self-service infrastructure and governance, document technical decisions, influence technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and lead cloud-native workshops.

Build developer tooling, reusable frameworks, AI agent workflows, MCP integrations, and cloud-native services that improve engineering productivity. Evaluate and roll out AI development technologies, establish standards and guardrails, support authentication platform evolution, and improve AWS service and job creation paths. The role also involves documentation, collaboration with engineering and product teams, and improving system reliability and performance.
