Territory-focused outside sales role targeting dental practices in New England. Grow territory, exceed sales quotas by selling digital imaging equipment and practice management solutions, prospect and close new business, maintain existing accounts, prepare quotes, attend trade shows, and collaborate with inside sales and channel partners.

Provide advanced technical and application support for SaaS and on-premise dental practice systems. Troubleshoot operating systems, browsers, networks, cloud services, integrations, and legacy platforms; resolve escalations; communicate solutions to dental professionals; document issues; create knowledge resources; identify recurring problems and automation opportunities; and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.

Provides Level 2 technical and application support for SaaS, on-premise, integrated, and legacy dental practice systems. Diagnoses issues involving operating systems, browsers, networks, cloud services, and databases; communicates resolutions to dental professionals; documents troubleshooting; manages escalations; creates knowledge content; and identifies opportunities for training, automation, and chatbot improvements.
