Grow territory, exceed sales quotas by selling digital imaging equipment and practice management solutions, prospect and close new business, maintain existing accounts, prepare quotes, attend trade shows, and collaborate with inside sales and channel partners.

Provides technical support to dental office customers, field personnel, dealers, and third parties. Diagnoses and resolves software, hardware, application, conversion, and customer data issues through phone, email, chat, and live-line channels. Documents contacts and resolutions in CRM, manages escalations, follows HIPAA guidelines when applicable, contributes to knowledge bases and training, and maintains product expertise while working scheduled shifts.
