Drive discovery and requirements for a workforce-development SaaS (WIOA, labor exchange). Document workflows, write user stories and acceptance criteria, map data/integrations, run UAT, triage defects, and support reporting and go-live with Product/Engineering/QA and clients.

Lead People & Culture strategy for a fast‑growing, remote workforce development organization. Build and scale talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation, performance, leadership development, and culture programs. Partner with senior leaders on org design, succession, and high‑stakes people decisions. Manage multi‑state compliance, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations while supporting growth and distributed teams.

Conduct case file reviews and monitor data integrity and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, support audits, process payments and billing, maintain reporting tools, and train/coordinate local QA staff to ensure program accuracy and prevent disallowed costs.
