Reviews participant expense and reimbursement requests for WIOA, grant, and corporate policy compliance. Manages grant budgets, participant financials, reimbursements, invoices, supporting documentation, audit deliverables, and monthly reporting. Provides financial compliance guidance to project teams and workforce boards while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. The role also provides administrative support across remote teams and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Deploys across workforce projects to stabilize operations, resolve quality and compliance issues, clear backlogs, and restore performance. Conducts file audits, risk assessments, root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, and performance reporting. Delivers workforce program training, develops SOPs and job aids, supports project launches, and partners with QA, Operations, Performance, and technology teams. Requires frequent travel to project sites and hands-on experience with workforce eligibility, enrollment, case management, service approvals, and data systems.
