Lead the architecture, development, modernization, and deployment of secure enterprise software systems for federal clients. Build scalable backend applications and REST and GraphQL APIs, guide system design and technical decisions, troubleshoot complex systems, and support cloud modernization, DevSecOps, testing automation, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams while mentoring engineers and translating mission requirements into technical solutions.

Implement and administer CyberArk PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, privileged session management, credential rotation, account onboarding, access policies, upgrades, patching, and health monitoring. Automate CyberArk tasks and integrations using REST APIs and scripting, support CI/CD and secrets management, troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Active Directory environments, and document configurations and procedures for federal modernization initiatives.

Leads the evaluation, design, development, and deployment of production AI/ML applications in AWS environments. Builds and optimizes machine learning models, assesses emerging technologies, presents technical recommendations, collaborates with federal clients, and mentors engineering teams. The role also supports cloud-native development, operations, security, enterprise AI adoption, and experimentation involving modern AI platforms and practices.
