Teams at Camunda

Embedded within product teams, own and drive developer-facing documentation from concept to release. Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers, become a subject-matter expert, improve docs via analytics and feedback, and contribute to docs tooling and standards for Camunda's AI-oriented platform.

Owns the strategy, design, implementation, governance, analytics, and continuous improvement of global sales compensation programs. Responsibilities include designing quotas, commissions, accelerators, and SPIFFs; configuring Xactly and Salesforce; managing launches, documentation, compliance, disputes, reporting, and training; and partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to align incentives with business goals.

Owns and improves Camunda’s Product Development Process across Core and Experience tracks. Responsibilities include process design, strategy alignment, workflow and board governance, PDP automation, source control, testing, monitoring, and building agentic workflows on Camunda 8. The role requires hands-on coding and scripting, integration debugging, practical AI agent experience, process ownership in a large software organization, and cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, and leadership.
