Principal technical leader responsible for architecting and operating relational data marts, dbt data products, semantic layers, and shared data services. Builds scalable solutions in Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark; owns data products through testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and support. Establishes governed metrics, data quality, lineage, observability, and access controls while partnering cross-functionally to resolve ambiguity. Mentors engineers, improves reusable frameworks, and supports BI, data science, and AI use cases.

Own full-cycle recruiting and technical talent sourcing across multiple channels. The Recruiter II will use advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment, partner with hiring managers, manage recruiting projects, improve sourcing processes, and document best practices. The role requires at least two years of technical recruiting experience, strong candidate engagement skills, autonomy, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and AI recruiting tools.

Implement and maintain AWS security controls, IAM, logging, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, compliance controls, network protections, and secrets management. Build secure Terraform modules and CI/CD automation, manage security telemetry and cloud security tooling, support incident response and on-call operations, and partner with engineering and security teams to operationalize secure-by-default infrastructure.
