Teams at Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative

Serve as primary on-site manager for three Cambridge offices: maintain facilities, troubleshoot basic IT (WiFi/printers/AV), manage supplies and vendors, oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset management, track budgets, and implement health and safety practices to keep spaces warm, functional, and inviting.

Provide operational support split between MIT AI Alignment (MAIA) and the Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI). Responsibilities include CRM and systems maintenance, budget and expense tracking, scheduling, event and workshop logistics, vendor coordination, meal and materials management, basic website and communications support, and flexible office/facilities tasks tied to the academic calendar.

As a Research Manager at CBAI, you will support fellows in AI and biosecurity research by providing feedback, managing projects, and facilitating resource connections. You will also contribute to program management and development, ensuring fellows succeed in their research goals.
