The role collaborates with investment managers, custodians, legal counsel, administrators, and clients while preparing operational reporting and ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing.

Develop and support software applications, APIs, services, and database components using Java, .NET, Python, AWS, and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, write automated tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, document technical decisions, and contribute to CI/CD and agile development practices. The role also involves evaluating AI-assisted development tools and helping explore AI-enabled features.

Provides on-site and remote support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and AV systems. Responsibilities include incident resolution, request fulfillment, onboarding, access provisioning, inventory maintenance, video conferencing support, vendor coordination, and collaboration on technology improvement initiatives across global offices.
