Review and oversee tax compliance deliverables (K-1s, returns, allocations), coordinate with internal teams and external providers, manage tax cycles, resolve notices and audits, perform tax research, and support special projects for fund tax matters.

Serve as strategic HR partner to assigned business units, advising leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, change management, and HC analytics. Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, coach managers, manage investigations and disciplinary actions, track workforce KPIs, and collaborate across HR to deliver integrated people solutions.

Support daily cash management, payments, reconciliations, forecasting, and banking administration across domestic and international entities. Execute electronic payments, resolve banking discrepancies, prepare treasury reports and journal entries, assist audits, document controls, and support process improvements and cross-functional treasury projects.
