Teams at Calix

Own escalated Tier 3 customer issues across Calix Cloud, EXOS, and managed services; troubleshoot complex networking and software problems, identify product defects, collaborate with development and technical teams, mentor frontline support engineers, document solutions, and represent customer needs internally. The role focuses on cloud-connected Wi-Fi products and requires strong networking, scripting, Linux, troubleshooting, communication, and technical account management skills.

Leads Calix’s global compensation function, including compensation strategy, executive and equity programs, job architecture, market pricing, annual planning, governance, compliance, analytics, and technology. Advises executive leadership, the Compensation Committee, and Board of Directors while managing and developing the compensation team. Partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition on compensation investments, workforce planning, acquisitions, and global business initiatives.

Leads customer-facing consultative sales and solution engagement for Calix’s managed business, initially targeting MSPs and hospitality-related managed properties. Builds pipeline, conducts complex discovery, develops account strategies, presents value-based solutions, coordinates cross-functional evaluations and onboarding, cultivates executive and ecosystem relationships, captures market feedback, creates scalable sales plays, and achieves revenue and adoption goals. Requires strong technical fluency, MSP market knowledge, executive communication, and willingness to travel up to 40%.
