Supports recruiting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, recruiting events, onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and ATS administration, employee records, compliance auditing, reporting, dashboards, documentation, and HR projects. This full-time role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration across regions. No travel is expected, and the position may be office-based or remote.

Investigate claims to determine subrogation potential, gather evidence, evaluate liability, negotiate settlements, and pursue arbitration or legal action when needed. Prepare demand letters, arbitration submissions, documentation, and client reports while researching statutes and case law. Maintain claim files, communicate with clients and involved parties, process checks, support training, and identify process improvements. This is a fully remote role with no expected travel.
