The Digital Marketing Account Manager drives digital marketing strategies for clients, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success through data analysis and effective communication.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social), identify and qualify leads, develop relationships, and set appointments for the sales team. Use existing data and research to source new leads and generate qualified opportunities. Role requires daily in-person attendance in Wakefield, MA.

Serve as primary client advocate for a portfolio of dealership clients, own end-to-end digital campaign strategy and execution across Paid Search, Social, and Web, analyze performance with Google Analytics/Ads, lead cross-functional teams and vendors via JIRA, present reports and updates, ensure compliance and quality, and manage client relationships to drive retention and growth.
